How do I return the dress?

Orders can be picked up locally in Brisbane or can be shipped through Australia Post. Simply place the dress in the pre-paid return bag provided and drop it off at your nearest post office / post box or return point on the final day of your rental period..

Is cleaning included?

Yes! Dry cleaning is included in the rental fee, so you don’t need to worry about cleaning the dress. Just enjoy your event and return it in the provided packaging.

How does the 4-day and 8-day rental work?

For a 4-day rental, you can keep the dress for four days, including the day you receive it. Similarly, the 8-day rental allows you to keep the dress for eight days. Simply return it by the end of your rental period.

Can I rent accessories as well?

Yes, we offer a selection of accessories to complement your outfit, including bags, jewelry, and fascinators, which can also be rented with your dress.

When should I order my dress?

We recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks before your event to ensure availability and time for delivery. For peace of mind, earlier bookings are always better!
